What we collect

Through this website we collect the details you type into our enquiry, staff request and application forms. For applications that includes your CV, and may include your NMBI or CORU registration number.

Why we hold it

To respond to your enquiry, to assess your suitability for roles, and to meet our obligations as a healthcare staffing provider, including verifying registration and right to work.

How long we keep it

Uploaded CVs are deleted automatically after 180 days unless you become a registered candidate. Enquiry records are reviewed periodically and removed when they are no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@kellicksolutions.ie . You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission.
